can I cancel at any time?
yes. cancel from your account settings. billing stops at the end of the current billing period. no cancellation fee.
do you offer refunds?
if you upgrade and change your mind within 7 days, contact support and we will refund the charge. after 7 days, we do not issue partial refunds for unused time.
how do team seats work?
on the team plan, you invite up to two additional members. each member gets full access to shared boards, the private library, and semantic search. the plan owner manages billing.
what are the public library terms?
swipes saved on the free plan are contributed to the public library. they are viewable by any logged-in user. scrollstoppa does not sell the content. the library is a feature of the product, not a data product sold to third parties.
who owns the content I save?
you do. scrollstoppa stores a copy to protect against link rot and to enable AI features. we do not claim ownership of content you save. the original creative belongs to the advertiser. we capture it for personal research and reference, consistent with fair use.
